We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Research Program Manager

The research program manager (remote) will deliver and organize work plans with 20+ clinical sites across the country. Activities include training and managing clinical and data entry personnel at numerous collaborating centers in regard to specified trial cycle metrics, protocol fidelity, and oversight of local, institutional and federally required regulatory compliance across the network of collaborators.

sIRB Research Navigator

The IRB research navigator (remote) will deliver and organize work plans with 20+ clinical sites across the country. This position requires a person with clinical trial design expertise and regulatory experience in working with IRBs and master/standard agreements. Autonomy, creativity, and critical thinking skills are strongly encouraged and welcomed.

Sr. Administrative Coordinator, HR Focus

The senior administrative coordinator, HR focus (hybrid) will provide complex administrative and project support to BIOS CTCC leadership, as well as administrative support to the general operations of the department while working collaboratively with the BIOS administrative core. The senior administrative coordinator will provide administrative support with a focus on human resources activities critical to the department’s general operations.

Research Assistant

The research assistant (hybrid) will provide support to the division faculty, administrator, and other research personnel. Duties include maintaining regulatory document files, assisting with literature searches, grants, journal manuscripts, annual reports, IRB applications, and FDA reporting, and performing data entry and editing.

Research Assistant, BIONIC

The research assistant, BIONIC (hybrid) will provide support to the division faculty, administrators, and research personnel. BIONIC is BIOS CTCC’s core image lab and reading center and this role will support the center’s activities.

Clinical Research Monitor

The clinical research monitor (CRM; hybrid) will take the lead on compliance monitoring of predominantly large, multicenter, clinical trials in keeping with established policies, procedures, and GCP. The CRM will ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of clinical trial data throughout the full lifecycle of multiple clinical trials through utilization of a risk-based, remote monitoring approach.

Research Navigator

The research navigator (remote) will support the innovative work of BIOS CTCC as a member of the BIOS consultation and grant production team. The research navigator will support consultation and grant production work, and collaborate with investigators in project evaluation, trial simulation, and planning activities. This position requires a person with clinical trial design expertise and regulatory experience in working with IRBs, master/standard agreements, various grant mechanisms, and funding agencies. Autonomy, creativity, and critical thinking skills are strongly encouraged and welcomed.

Sr. Software Engineer

The senior software engineer (hybrid) will lead database programming and system integration across platforms for the entire life cycle of clinical trials, especially the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support, and documentation of various application systems. This includes electronic data capturing systems (EDCs), databases, data visualization tools, file repository, cloud-based API connections, and web applications. Depending on the project, the position may be expected to lead, develop team members from the data coordinating center, work as part of a team, or work individually as necessary.

Sr. Research Data Manager

The senior research data manager (remote) will perform data management duties for complex, multicenter or longitudinal clinical trials and act as primary contact for multicenter study staff regarding data issues. This position will be responsible for participating in the planning and execution of all data management activities for assigned projects, ensuring focus on data integrity, validity, and reliability in accordance with standard processes, sponsor guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.

Clinical Research Site Manager

The clinical research site manager (hybrid) will collaborate with 20+ clinical sites across the country in support of clinical trial research goals. Activities include training and managing clinical and data entry personnel. They will oversee compliance with local, institutional, and federal regulations across the network of collaborators.

Sr. Grants & Contracts Analyst, Post Award

The senior grants and contracts analyst, post award (hybrid) will engage in a broad range of post-award activities that support complex sponsored and non-sponsored account portfolios along with some pre-award responsibilities. The individual will provide professional-level sponsored projects management that includes budget distribution and reporting, account maintenance/reconciliation and oversight, billing/invoicing, e-form setup/LOE tracking, effort reporting, cost transfers, invoice payments, subrecipient management, compliance, and closeout.
