We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Sr. Grants & Contracts Analyst, Post Award
The senior grants and contracts analyst, post award (remote) will need to be detail-oriented and think critically. The individual will manage primarily post-award functions including budget distribution, account analysis/reconciliation and oversight, billing/invoicing, effort allocation tracking and reporting, payroll and non-payroll cost transfers, processing invoices for payment, creating shopping carts for PO generation, preparing and entering subaward documents in SWIFT, subrecipient management, responding to compliance inquiries, scheduling monthly account review meetings with project managers, and closeout.
Statistical Programmer Analyst
The statistical programmer analyst (hybrid; onsite 3-4 days per week) will collaborate with study investigators on research projects with the responsibility of contributing to the statistical sections of the protocol, drafting statistical analysis plans, creating analytic datasets, producing ongoing trial reports and final analysis, and preparing manuscripts.
Sr. Software Engineer
The senior software engineer (remote) will lead and perform database programming and system integration across platforms for the entire life cycle of clinical trials. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic data capturing systems (EDCs), databases, data visualization tools, file repository, cloud-based API connections, and web applications. While the primary focus will be on software and software engineering, this position will play a critical role in the design and direction of the overall projects, determining how to turn leadership vision into practical implementation while utilizing a team of data managers and data programmers to complement the project efforts.
Sr. Administrative Coordinator, HR Operations Support
The senior administrative coordinator, HR operations support (hybrid; onsite 1-2 days per week) will assist with HR activities for the BIOS Clinical Trials Coordinating Center. This role will work with internal resources to assist with recruiting and staff-related functions within BIOS CTCC.
Research Assistant, Safety
The research assistant (hybrid; onsite 1-2 days per week) will provide support to BIOS CTCC faculty, administrators, and research personnel. Duties will include work with safety and risk assessment, surveillance, and management, as well as general research support.
