GOSE and MoCA Just In Time (JIT) Training
The Glasgow Outcome Scale is a widely-used measure of mild to moderate brain injury. The extended version (GOSE), developed in 2002, provides a structured interview that makes it easier to use, more sensitive to change and more reliable. It is one of the two primary endpoint assessments for the NEWTON-2 trial and a required training course for the Outcomes Assessor.
The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a brief screening tool for assessing mild cognitive impairment in Edge Therapeutics' NEWTON-2 Trial. It is a required course for all Outcome Assessors at the participating clinical sites.
